Business Analyst Leader ( Domain Logistic, Có Tiếng Anh )

Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood, implemented correctly, and tested thoroughly
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for business analysis- related matters
Support project manager in prioritizing requirements
Analyze and validate requirements to ensure they&039;re clear, concise, complete and feasible
Idenfity and document business analysis (including functional and non- functional requirements with process flows, wireframes to visualize requirements and faciliate communication between stakeholders)
Gather feedback from stakeholders and the development team to identify areas for improvement in the requirements elicitation and analysis processe
Provide ongoing support and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand, refine requirement and document their business needs in detail and strategic level

Ability to think strategically and align business analysis efforts with the client&039;s overall business goals
Experience in Custom domain s is advantage (including Import/Export/Transit procedure with Customs: Document Preparation, Customs Declaration, Documents, Validation, Tax Calculation & Payment, Customs Clearance)
Agile certifications is advantage
Experience 3+ year as business analysis leader (preferably in agile project)
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills to identify and address complex business challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast- paced Agile environment
Fluent and proficient English in both verbal and written
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with both business and technical stakeholders
Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements management tools, process modeling tools, and wireframing tools
