Business Analyst Manager

- Plan, monitor & evaluate high -impact initiatives for KD ONL department
- Develop and implement performance dashboards to track the progress of main KPIs and propose meaningful recommendations to take timely precise actions
- Design the process flow and coordinate with different internal teams to accumulate all crucial information to build a quality and sufficient database
- Review spending and revenue to optimize budget, channels, and schemes
- Competition Movement Capturing: Gather public information of key players about on-going promotions, target segments, go-to -market strategies and total market trends to make appropriate plans as well as counter -response
- Merchants Understanding: Conduct surveys, focus groups & interviews together with examining shopping/usage journey data to provide solutions by optimizing digital spending or fixing erroneous points of consumer journey
- Analytical Reporting: Creating meaningful reports, statistical concepts & research methods to thoroughly show important information about current market insights and forecast

- BA/BS in Mathematics, Information System, Business
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven career track in Project Management, Data Analytics or Consulting
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools, i.e. Qlik Sense, MySQL, BigQuery
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as Google Docs/Sheets
- Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing an environment
- Be able to train & coach team members(s) to learn new tools or skills speedily
- Proficient in English is a must
- Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular.
