Business Analyst (Middle)

Do the rough estimation when getting requirement, or participate on the estimation (with development team).
Will collaborate proactively with functional analysts to translate business and integration requirements into function scope & test scenarios, then solutions.
Have application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other various technologies and account teams.
Create Detail Design (DD) and Basic Design (BD) document.
Meeting with customer to get request and analyze/clarify it.
Prioritize tasks and communicate to senior management effort estimates and project status periodically.
Define business flow, business logic.
Analyze customer material (UI definition, initial specs).
Participate into team collaborative design and document review (for DD & Test) activities.

At least 3- 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
Professional certificates in Business Analysis is a plus.
Good English communication
Strong experience & knowledge in Agile/Scrum
Advanced skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mock- ups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
Proactive, high responsibility, and be able to work under high pressure
Hands- on experience in influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as product owners, designers, and architects
