Data insight and Analysis

Translate Operation goals into measurable key performance indicators. Providing Operation Performance Insight (Control Tower): S (Safety) Q (Quality) C (Cost) D (Delivery) E (Engagement) to Operation Management team
Perform Data Audit and provide CAPA for any issue detected.
Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse as well as Supplier Performance Reports
Gather data on each step within the supply chain, using it to recommend changes to reduce costs
Collect and clean data on current operations including Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Production, and Quality.
Development and maintenance of the control tool for Production Resource Planning (K- factor, Material) to meet Just- in- time Target As well as cost and cash optimization and Develop Scenario Analysis.
Review price of each material every 3 months to get up- to- date prices involving materials market price trends and actual purchase price trends and quotes from suppliers (Standard Cost Update).

Business Process Improvement

Plan and carry out projects: Shop Floor Data Capture, Warehouse Transformation
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
Investigate process/ data and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams

Education & Major: Business management/ Finance & information system control
License & Certificate: Business analyst
Power BI, Excel, PPT, Power Apps, Power automate, SQL understanding (Advantage: ERP, ASP)
English level: Advance
of years general work experience: 2 years as Business Analyst/ Data analyst/ Data Engineer/ Finance
