Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
Prepare detailed functional specification documents (SRS, PRD, etc.) based on user needs.
Convert business requirements into clear and actionable user stories/tasks to help the development team understand what needs to be done and why.
Work closely with the Product Manager to:
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Monitor development progress and evaluate feature releases
Organize and deliver training sessions for internal users or clients on how to use the product.
Maintain and update product documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct product demo sessions with stakeholders
Act as the main contact point to support Dev/QA teams during implementation and clarify business logic.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development.
Strong systems thinking and analytical skills; ability to quickly understand business processes and product logic.
Proven experience in writing business requirement documents and functional specifications.
Proficiency in using tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for documentation and project tracking.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and with non- technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with booking platforms, payment systems, or order management systems.
Familiarity with the travel industry (OTA, GDS) or API integrations with external providers.
