Business Analyst / PO (E-Commerce)

Understand customer business process, needs and requirements
Proactively build relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor
Document functional and business requirements. Create wireframes, activity diagrams and system process flows
Collaborate with the Sales team to scope and define technical solutions in response to customer opportunities and requirements
Take ownership and responsibility for customers’ risks and issues, when required
Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems
Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications
Other tasks assigned
Manage the quality of overall deliverables throughout end- to- end sales process
Track all change requests from customer. Manage all requirements, specifications, change request of the project

Good English 4 skills, especially fluent speaking
3+ years of experience in BA/ PO/ Presales position, proficient in customer- facing skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent proposal writing skills
Have solid organizational and sales skills
Have a good understanding and proven experience in the full life cycle application development
Independent and proactive at work
Strong knowledge of e- commerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, Woocommerce...
Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things
