Business Analyst (Product Analyst)

Support Product Management department to deliver world class product epic features.
Directly report to Senior Product Manager
Constantly look around to suggest improvement, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Analyze business requirements and recommend a solution that helps achieve business goals
Willing to work under pressure to deliver awesome product requirements
Train other junior Product Analyst to grow the Product Management team as a whole
Become the Product PIC among all relevant stakeholders
Coordinate with Quality Assurance department to ensure product top quality
Produce state of the art product specification with clear wireframes, uses cases and explanation
Work closely with business stakeholders and support technical specialists in design, implementation, and deployment of solutions

Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately in business and technical situations at all levels
Strong digital product knowledge and ability perform detailed requirement gathering/management work mostly independently
Experience in an online product company, outsourcing company or startup environment
Possess basic & discrete knowledge and perform basic requirement gathering/management work mostly independently and require supervision for more complex work
Strong analytical skills in Google Analytics used in business and requirements analysis for a variety of business department
Good English skill, able to read documents from Medium, Wiki and other sources
Familiar with product wireframe or product management tools such as Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure, Jira, Confluence
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Product Analysis/ Product Owner
Experience in an Agile environment or Scrum Master is a plus
Attention to pixel-level details, strong knowledge in generating process documentation
