Position Summary:
The Software Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems that meet business requirements. This role ensures that all solutions are delivered with high quality, performance, and scalability while complying with internal coding standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Propose and organize training activities to enhance team capabilities in alignment with product- related responsibilities.
Take the lead in developing and managing the product backlog; clarify task objectives within the backlog, organize implementation, and supervise key activities throughout the execution process. Prioritize tasks in the backlog based on feature requirements, available resources, and timeline constraints.
Participate in collecting and analyzing market information to guide product development direction; proactively advise upper management, assess current situations, and propose comprehensive professional solutions, covering both technical and business aspects. Ensure thorough understanding, effective communication, and internal alignment regarding the product&039;s strategy and vision.
Regularly collaborate with stakeholders (customers, partners, etc.) to clarify product requirements, including features, policies, and business processes.
Research and evaluate competitors’ activities and products.
Periodically organize internal review and retrospective activities to optimize the product development and operation process.
Monitor and analyze user behavior, market feedback, and operational data to propose product improvements. Gather customer information and insights to develop product requirements and manage the entire workflow implementation process.
