Business Analyst (SaaS Product) - Agile, Scrum

Why we’re looking for:
As a Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements, contribute to the development of strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful implementation of a product.
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions
You’ll do:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs, objectives, and challenges
Improvement and Documentation:
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement
Create detailed and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and ensure the validation of implemented solutions.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is preferred.
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
