Business Analyst (Senior/Lead)

Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams
Set goals and collaborate with UI/UX team to define amazing products for end customer, ensure that your applications is greatest application for high net- worth peoples
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
Lead the product- release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.
Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals

Logic mindset and systematic thinking
Experience in Finance/Insurance domain is a big plus
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
3- 5+ years experience demonstrated as a Business Analyst
Fast learner, a self- initiated and pro- active team player who can work with minimal supervision
Passion for product development
Sharp analytical and problem- solving skills
Good verbal & written English.
Good knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
Outstanding communication & presentation
Understanding of business value around features/functions
Hands- on experience in writing Software Development Requirement Document as well as Functional Specification document and in preparing UI mock- up
Good knowledge of wire- frame prototype designing
