Quote & Sales Analysis

Recommend adjustments to selling prices and pricing structures to improve competitiveness and profitability.
Identify products with high quote activity but little or no sales.
Review daily quotes to assess frequency and quote to sale conversion ratios.

Pricing Strategy

Analyze and maintain selling prices for both outright sales and exchange programs.
Recommend price changes based on historical data, demand trends, and market conditions.
Review cost structures and suggest strategies for maximizing margins.

Market & Competitor Research

Track trends in competitor pricing and availability to support informed decision making.
Gather and compare pricing data from suppliers, distributors, and online marketplaces.

Sales Trend Monitoring

Recommend price increases or stock adjustments based on supply and demand dynamics.
Monitor daily sales performance and flag items that are consistently selling out without price updates.

Work Order & Inventory Movement Review

Provide recommendations on which items should be restocked based on movement and historical trends.
Analyze completed work orders to understand part usage and reorder needs.

Lost Sales & No- Bid Review

Identify missed opportunities and provide recommendations to capture more business.
Monitor unquoted or lost quote opportunities to determine which products should be considered for stocking.

System Management & Process Control

Work with internal teams to ensure process integrity and data accuracy.
Implement warnings or system blocks to prevent quoting or invoicing of parts not available for resale.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good written and verbal English proficiency
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and act on large sets of data.
Effective communicator with ability to work across departments.
Solid understanding of pricing models, sales performance metrics, and inventory analysis.
2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or related role (preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain).
Strong Excel, SQL skills and experience with ERP systems.

Salary: Negotiation
13th- month salary, long- term service bonus
Working from Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun off)
Transportation pick up from Hanoi to Noi Bai.
Full- time employee.
Pay salary bi- weekly (2 weeks/1 times)
