Business Analyst Supervisor | BA Supervisor

{IT} Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of Willis Towers Watsons HR technology solutions to clients. You will consult with clients to guide them through the process of defining site requirements and recommend best practice approaches/solutions that optimize system features to meet clients' business needs. You will be responsible for developing both functional and technical specifications, data consolidation and calculations, managing development and testing tasks, and delivering client training.
Responsibilities
•Solicits and documents client business requirements
•Participates in the development of technology solutions to solve internal and client business needs
•Collate client information and prepare the technical setup and specifications for data capture, analysis and reporting
•Conducts first level data checks and analysis in order to ensure professional standards and excellent in client services
•Analyzes plan documentation, defines and documents project requirements, and business processes
•Develops test plans, use cases and scripts for system implementations
•Performs unit and comprehensive testing with system developers for overall functionality and technical quality of deliverables
•Assists project manager or other lead consultant in determining and monitoring overall project direction, scope, work plans, and budgets
•Responsible for ensuring the system performs according to client business requirements and approved specifications
•Assists in developing standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that improve quality and profitability
•Attends team or client meetings as appropriate to present project specifications or report project status
•Apply all quality control procedures to ensure high standards of quality are maintained
•Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
•This position will require some travel

Qualifications
•4-5 years of experience in human resources technology is preferred but not required
•4 years up of experience as a business analyst focused on Software Delivery activities
•Human resources, benefits or compensation program knowledge is a plus
•Require strong business analysis, requirements gathering, webpage workflow, and writing skills
•Excellent consultative problem solving skills
•Expert data analysis, SQL and understanding of relational databases
•Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project
•Knowledge of the HTML and XML programming languages preferred but not required
•Experience in web design/usability/information architecture
•Experience with test plan creation, testing procedures and test plan execution is preferred
•SharePoint experience is a plus
