Your responsibilities:

Creating functional specifications for solutions
Contribute constantly not only to development but also initiatives to keep things moving forward
Collaborate with other team members
Transfer your knowledge to the development team and other members of the project team
Document and report product status
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements
The problem- solving, can- do attitude

Yêu cầu công việc

Understanding of Agile and experience working in Agile driven environments with working knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence)
Ability in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams, wireframing such as Balsamiq, Figma…
Strong spoken and written English skills
Strong Ability to translate business requirements into functional, non- functional, and technical requirements
At least 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large scale ERP System
Experience with financial and document management technology is a plus
Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset or understanding
