Contribute to continuous improvement of squad processes and documentation standards.
Coordinate with developers and testers to clarify requirements and resolve issues during the build and testing phases.
Track feature progress within the squad, ensuring delivery is aligned with agreed timelines and priorities.
Support the Product Owner in validating features post- development and ensuring they meet business needs.
Break down high- level feature concepts into clear, detailed tasks for the development team.
Maintain traceable communication so that requirements and changes are clearly documented and accessible.
Create documentation such as: User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows & Data Mapping, Functional Specifications, Checklists for feature readiness and deployment
Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand feature requirements, product goals, and priorities.
Prefer ability to perform basic API testing (e.g., using Postman) to validate integrations and ensure data accuracy.
Align with CTO on technical solutions, then translate these agreements into clear, structured documentation for developers and testers to follow.

Yêu cầu công việc

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and squad- based workflows.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Notion for documentation and task tracking.
2- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a product or technology environment.
Patient, detail- oriented, and resilient in working through changing requirements.
Experience with writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process diagrams.
Strong skills in breaking down complex requirements into structured tasks for developers.
Ability to understand basic backend logic, APIs, and data flows.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, banking, or payment systems
Ability to query databases (e.g., SQL) for requirement validation.
Understanding of data visualization tools like Metabase.

Salary and bonus

Salary: 15.000.000- 20.000.000 VND + Com + Bonus
Working hours: 8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (Lunch break 12:00 p.m.- 1:30 p.m.)
Salary and Job level review: Every 6 months, salary can be discussed based on performance
For transport, lunch: 800.000 VNĐ/month
