Business Analyst

Job Descriptions:
• Ensure all requirements are clearly defined, internally consistent, and fully traceable to corresponding test cases.
• Develop, maintain, and update requirement documentation, including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases / System Flows, and Business Rules.
• Translate and structure requirements into well- defined business logic, process flows, conditions, exceptions, and constraints.
• Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements from the Project Manager and Product Owner.
• Work cross- functionally with Development and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.
• Perform impact analysis to evaluate the implications of requirement changes on scope, timeline, and quality.
Project Scope:
• Software / Internal Platform: tool kỹ thuật, plugin, hệ thống enterprise
• AI & Data Platform: AI pipeline, Edge AI, rule- based + AI logic
• Automotive Software: ADAS, BMS, Diagnostic, Tool test, Simulation

Job Requirements:
• 3 years of experience. • Good understanding of requirements vs. solutions and functional vs. non- functional requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• English proficiency in reading and writing; speaking is a plus.
• Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
• Logical, detail- oriented, and highly attentive to accuracy
