Business Analyst

Provide training and support to users on new features and processes.
Coordinate with IT and development teams to facilitate the implementation of new features.
Analyze users’&039; needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with users and departments in our company (US and VN team) to gather and document business requirements.
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Assist in the development of processes and systems to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.

Excellent communication (both English and Vietnamese) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and modeling techniques.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience with business analysis tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
