Business Analyst

Project Implementation Coordination:• Collaborate with the IT team for system development, testing, and deployment.• Support user training to ensure effective system utilization.• Review and evaluate system performance after deployment.
Other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Documentation & Solution Proposal:• Develop business documentation, including BRD (Business Requirement Document), URD (User Requirement Document), and SRS (Software Requirement Specification).• Outline business flows and workflow diagrams.• Propose improvements to operational processes and logistics management systems.
Requirement Analysis & Collection:• Work with departments to gather and clarify business requirements, and analyze business needs.• Track and manage change requests to ensure changes are implemented in a planned and efficient manner.• Understand logistics business processes to propose appropriate solutions.

Understanding of software development methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Waterfall.
Experience in AI utilization and application.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) in the Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain industry, or related ERP projects.
Age range: 22- 35 years old.
Proficiency in BA tools: Visio, Figma, Uizard, draw.io, bpmn.io, Bizagi, etc.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Basic English skills (reading technical documents, writing reports).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different departments and end users.
Skills: Strong analytical, logical thinking, and information synthesis skills.

Work location: Tower A (Officetel), Rivergate Residence, 151- 155 Bến Vân Đồn, Ward 6, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.
