Business Analyst

Do the accounts reconciliation at each month- end to ensure the transparency and clearness of ending balance.
Other tasks will be assigned by the leader from time to time.
Ad- hoc tasks and rotation job need to be willing accept by jobholder, this job description may be changed over time as company growing.
Manage Fix asset system, monthly depreciation and disposal (if any).
In- depth analysis of cost saving projects in operation areas and tracking of the incremental cost saving.
Manage certain expense accounts and relating process to ensure the proper and reliable reports on monthly basis.
Do the statistic and internal reports as assignment.
Keep track of expenses and analysis the fluctuations of expenses monthly.
In charge of VAT, Import tax, WHT, Loan, Statistics report.
Work closely with other teams to review logistics/ Warehouse network design and ensure cost management.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Economic.
Speak and write English fluently.

Experience

More than 3 years’ experience at GL or Finance planning & analysis or Business Analysis in manufacturing operations.

Knowledge of:

Computerized accounting software, plus knowledge of ERP
Budgetary control and common key performance measurements
Vietnam accounting standards and practices, Vietnam taxation
Identify and handle the issues.

Skilled in prioritizing multiple directives within changing work demands, multi- tasking
Skilled in problem solving
Strong in Excel and common office software applications
Numerate, analytical, logical and follow- through skills
Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
Strong people skills, able to enforce policies and procedures but manage conflicts & confrontation
Honesty, integrity, reliable and dependable, hard working, perseverance, detailed and thorough
