Business Analyst

Track all change requests from customer. Manage all requirements, specifications, change request of the project.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively identify and resolve project issues to ensure the successful completion of projects
Document functional and business requirements.
Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems.
Work for Business analysis: demands, portfolio, pricing, pre- sale/ pilots;
Engage with clients confidently, understand their requirements, and suggest ideas, and provide solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and project delivery.
Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications.;

Enthusiastic, responsible, open- minded, willing to learn new things and ability to work under pressure
Have a good knowledge of software development process
Have the capabilities to drive and challenge clients on their assumptions about their business requirements and business process
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Have 2- 5 year experience as a software business analyst
Good communication, presentation and time management skills
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Capable of drawing a workflow to explain how users work

BIG PLUS:

Experience in Project Lifecycle methodologies (Agile, PMP)
Good French
Have a professional BA certificate
