Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and UI/UX designers to analyze requirements, define business needs, and optimize processes. Your role is crucial in ensuring our products align with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation (process flows, user stories, functional specifications).
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions to align expectations.
Work with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate features before release.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that product implementations match business expectations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and using product management tools (Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.).
Ability to manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying data and generating insights is a plus.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related role.

Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for working with international clients.
Strong stakeholder management skills to align business objectives.
Ability to visualize requirements through diagrams (process flows, wireframes, use case diagrams).
