Business Analyst

• Facilitate epics, stories with business users or product owners (or related stakeholders). Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other agile activities


• Assisting Product Owner with Backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritization. Generate stories to a level of detail that will enable code to be written and tested without defects; write acceptance criteria and support to generate test scripts.


• Create or update project deliverables, artifacts and business / technical specifications in accordance with requirements.


• Build-up BRD / SRS document (including Business / Technical Use Case, Functional / Non Functional Requirement) in daily basis. Or contribute in defining Business Case, Request for Proposal (RFP) … if requested.


• Act as requirement proxy when transferring when collaborating with external vendor


• Prepare Graphic User Interface (UI / UX)


• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to project schedules


• Conduct requirement workshop / user training session for internal users & external vendor.

• 01 year experience in Finance and Banking industry.


• 03 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.


• 01 years experience of working with Agile Development teams.


• Knowledge of SQL and database scripting.


• Good at English (TOEIC 500 mark up), professional working style, can-do attitude

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• Ability to read code in order to understand systembehavior.


• Appreciation of responsive web design.


• Experience of working with JIRA, Confluence
