Business Analyst

In this essential role, you will report directly to Chief Product Officer – Technology in Practice. You are to work collaborate with the product and engineer teams to successfully deliver disruptive and outcome-based products to our customers and members. Our client currently has a suite of products that provide our customers make healthcare operations simpler, safer, and more efficient as well as a product vision and roadmap which is inspiring and ambitious.
A global medical firm with a strong footprint all over the world, which its headquarters based in Australia, is looking for a Business Analyst. Our client has nearly 80,000 members with the main goal is to help, protect, and defend its members.

Elicit requirements for digital products using various techniques which include document analysis, requirements workshops, process flow charts, use cases, scenario planning, business, task, and workflow analysis
Liaise with various squads across varying time zones
Translate various product artifacts into a set of deliverable user stories
Collaborate with product managers, solutions architects, and the technical team to establish and analyze trade-offs between usability, performance, and time etc.
Help drive and facilitate Agile SCRUM methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring Product Managers are continually prioritizing backlogs
Uplifting Agile capability as a whole within the entire team
Taking ownership of requirements and user story delivery
Keep agile process on track for an immature agile team
Managing conflicting stakeholder expectations and needs

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Delivery of well written and thought-out user stories
Constant collaboration with the Product team to ensure customer needs are at the heart of all decisions
2-3 years experience in similar position
Facilitation of backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
Deep analysis of problem spaces and identification of roadblocks
