Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate the implementation of solutions that drive business success.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:

Seek for technical/functional design and estimate the solution
Receive the high level functional requirements
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand- ups
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
Transfer the business requirement and specification for development team and quality team
Ensure the engineering team delivers features that fulfill business values for end customers
Provide detailed specification with mockup, workflow as well as details rules for user stories
Perform user acceptance testing and validate the user stories
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Ensure the maintenance of project documentation, encompassing user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans
Possess knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Outstanding organizational skills
Monitor team progress diligently and proactively identify and resolve impediments that may impact sprint goals

Good to have:

Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
Communication and interpersonal abilities confidently.
Quickly catchup team management tools
Have good experiences in Business Administration, Computer Science, Education or related fields.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, collaborative environment.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Others:

Continuously monitor and evaluate solution effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate solutions that meet business requirements.
Stay up- to- date on industry trends and best practices to enhance business analysis processes and methodologies.
