Acting as a Liaison Between Departments
Serve as the communication bridge between the Director, Sales, Platform, and Development teams.
Ensure that business and recruitment system requirements are accurately conveyed to developers for system enhancement.
Gathering and Communicating Requirements
Clearly translate business requirements into actionable development tasks for the technical team.
Work closely with relevant departments to understand business objectives and recruitment system needs.
Analyzing and Improving Recruitment Processes
Evaluate business and market trends to propose process improvements.
Develop solutions to optimize recruitment efficiency and enhance the user experience.
Creating Documentation & Overseeing Implementation
Monitor project progress to ensure timely execution and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents and workflow processes.
Testing and Evaluating System Enhancements
Collect user feedback and suggest further system refinements.
Conduct system testing to ensure new features meet business needs.
Providing Ongoing System Support & Maintenance
Assist departments in troubleshooting and resolving system- related issues.
Ensure the recruitment platform operates smoothly and aligns with user expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Economics, or related fields.
At least 8 years of experience in recruitment technology or HR solutions.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Preferably experienced in companies like TopCV, CareerViet, or CareerBuilder.
Experience in project management and process optimization.
Excellent business analysis and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non- technical teams.
Strong background in recruitment systems, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM, and online hiring platforms.
Familiarity with database structures, software development cycles (SDLC), and recruitment- related technologies (AI, Big Data is a plus).
In- depth understanding of recruitment trends and the ability to apply modern technology solutions.
