Business Analytics Specialist

OBJECTIVES
Act as a thought-partner to business units, seeks opportunities to develop new use cases relevant to business units as well as liaison between AA Dept & BUs
COMMUNICATION

Internal : All department

- Acting as liaison of AA Dept to other departments
- Generating ideas for potential use cases

External : Vendors

Coordinate and work with vendors who in contracts with VPB FC/ outstaff in term of advance analytics
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acts as liaison between AA Dept and BUs
Develops potential new use cases by understanding business unit strategic needs
Support Business Analytics Expert and Unit Head
Gathers input for analytics design decisions by taking relevant inputs from business units
Articulates AA Dept value to recommend and support data-driven business decision of different BUs

Education
Graduate from a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Finance), or Business, Economics, Finance
Experience
1-2 years of Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Management Consulting, Finance & Banking
Skills

Experience with Python, R and Scala is a plus
Team oriented, goals oriented, and flexible with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and result delivery
High proficiency with Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, etc)
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills in both English and Vietnamese
Familiar in Banking or Consumer Lending industry is a plus
High abstract observational ability, with a business-oriented and analytical mindset
High level understanding of data processing & analytics
