Business And Strategy Planning Executive

Client support: Assist clients in managing business operations, including product management on websites and applications. Ensure smooth and uninterrupted client operations.
Operational improvement: Offer recommendations to improve business operations.
Regular communication: Maintain ongoing communication with upper management to provide updates and insights.
Additional duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Promotion support: Collaborate with the team in preparing for promotional events by managing reporting, tracking, and code generation. Additionally, support product management activities and contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns.
Marketing support: Assist in aligning marketing strategies by verifying and following up on product information, managing site merchandising for featured products according to the run of show, and checking the accuracy of content on landing pages.

Particularly skilled in site merchandising and operational processes.
Capable of clearly conveying complex ideas and information.
Fluent in English, particularly in writing and reading (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).
Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn new skills, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Proven experience in customer service, support roles, or eCommerce operations.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Possesses a strong analytical mindset and logical problem- solving abilities.
