Business Application Support Lead

Analyze the results of testing, submit defect reports, and lead the triage of defect reports to ensure that they are properly prioritized and assigned
Create, document and execute test cases to provide coverage of project requirements
Assess the quality of application development projects
Create test plans and coordinate their review and incorporation into project plans
Lead a group of manual/automation QA, BAS, BA, working closely with Technical Team and End User
Responsibility for setting up Landing Page, executing in campaign running
Create BRD documents for Technical Team
Analyze requirements from End User, create mockup screens and transfer requirements to Technical Team
Provide reports on the progress of test development and test execution, including requirements coverage and defect metrics
Support Onsite Marketing team to run campaign (UM, Category, Brand campaign):
Consistently understand component of Shopper path to purchase with effective outcomes;
Follow and Screenshot Visibility for brand;
Ensure the full provision of inventory for Top SSKU deals on the UM/ Category / Brand campaign;
Collect deal, pick & upload deal daily for required campaign;
Be responsible for PDP quality, give action plan and following up outcomes with related department/ team;
Create ID & collect product;
Models collaboration with team members, willing to take extra responsibilities;
Change deal if it has bad performance;

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Ability to analyze complex problems and provide efficient and scalable solutions.
Strong attention to detail, excellent problem- solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Application Support
