We are seeking a highly skilled
Business Consultant
to join our team and provide expert advice to help organizations improve efficiency, drive growth, and solve business challenges. The ideal candidate will analyze existing practices, identify opportunities, and design strategies that support long- term success.

Support digital transformation, process automation, and technology integration.
Analyze the company’s structure, operations, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Advise management on organizational restructuring, change management, and resource optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and establish measurable KPIs.
Monitor the execution of implemented solutions and measure their effectiveness.
Develop business strategies, implementation plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and benchmarking to support recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Deliver presentations, reports, and workshops to communicate findings and strategies.

Thái độ / Tính cách

Proven experience as a Business Consultant, Management Consultant, or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in business analysis tools, data visualization, and project management software.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience in change management and organizational development.
Certification in consulting, project management (PMP/PRINCE2), or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
Familiarity with digital transformation and business process reengineering.
Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
