Business Consultant

Responsibilities:

Pre- built Store Setup: Create and customize Pre- built Shopify store layouts to align with Customers brand aesthetics.
Product Management: Upload and update product listings with detailed descriptions, images, and pricing.
Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Shopify solutions.
Keep up- to- date with the latest Shopify features, apps, and industry trends to continually improve our customer store performance.
Webinars and Seminars: Plan and conduct eCommerce- themed webinars and seminars.
Build, negotiate and adjust proposals to customers.
Collaborate with the Solution development team and technical experts to build the advanced completed solution and take care of the customers.
Client Consultation: Advise clients on best practices, scope, and cost of implementing Shopify stores.
Offer training and support to clients on using the Shopify platform and managing their store.
Project Coordination: Organize and execute Shopify store setup projects.

Requirements

Experience selling intangible products or services, especially in, Shopify and e- commerce is a plus
Strong knowledge of Sales tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, and so on) is an advantage
Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 700+ is preferable.)
Good Communication, Presentation, Analysis, and Critical Thinking Skill
Graduated with a Bachelor&039;s Degree majoring in Marketing, Economics, E- commerce.
Know Ecommerce, Technology, Digital Marketing tools (Google Analytics, Email marketing, Google AdWords, HotJar, and so on)
Love working with international customers
At least 1 year in B2B sales with a proven record.
Good teamwork and Quick learner
Excellent Self- leadership & Strong Discipline
