Business Coordinator Officer

• Setting up seminars, events, or training courses for new members.
• Monitoring accounts of members.
• Supporting other departments to solve complaints of customers and improve company service.
• Request records, feedback and complaint of members.
• Processing New Client Contracts. Report promotions/campaigns (if any)
• Follow & carry out other works according to instructions of manager & Board of Management.
• Taking the initiative to gain knowledge to improve the duty.
• Introducing the company; explaining products and business policy of the company.
• Gaining knowledge of CS duty (Counter) to be able to serve members and give advice efficiently.

• Bachelor’s/College&039;s Degree
• Others: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; Extroverted, result & customer- oriented spirit; Strong interpersonal skills, self- motivated and teamwork attitude.
• Excellence command of English.
• Effective management, communication and presentation skill.
• Age from 22 to 30 years old
• Able to work independently or as a team in a high- pressure environment.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.
