Business Coordinator

- Retrieve ERP or CRM data and collect market information to generate sales analysis report.
- Initiate internal or external sales meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Ensure all the activities related to sales, marketing, and shipment arrangements are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate with functional departments to complete internal order procedures. Daily operation tasks are to run order worksheet, create quotation and purchase requisition in ERP, fill in ERP account creation profiles, and instruct documentation team to prepare shipping document.
- Input and maintain internal management files of suppliers, customers, inventory, and orders- related information.
- Support sales team members to collaborate with suppliers and customers for market development in Vietnam. Daily operation tasks are to arrange sample shipment, trace sample test result, and support sales team members for supplier/customer relationship maintenance.
- ERP or CRM system data entry and database maintenance.
- Other duties assigned when needed.

- Ability to write business English letters, information analysis and make slides.
- Logical thinking, well communication skill and good at cross dept coordination.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support or international trading.
- College or above
- Familiar with import and export business and international trade concepts is preferred
