Business Development

Develop business, find domestic and international customers and ensure sales targets for software products and outsourcing services;
Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly sales plans, implement sales activities, develop business to create customer sources;
Implement the Company&039;s Regulations;
Collect, synthesize and analyze market and competitor information, make sales policy recommendations and increase market share;
Establish relationships with customers to provide qualified professional personnel for projects;
Other tasks are agreed between the employee and the Company during the working process.
Understanding, analyzing customer requirements, presentations, consulting, provide suitable solutions based on the technology of partner firms and the company&039;s services;
Implementation of procurement and project management activities;
Negotiating contracts, carrying out procedures for signing service contracts with customers;

Proficient in using Email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter,...;
Good communication in English, IELTS min 6.5 or equivalent;
Proactive, willing to learn and highly responsible at work;
Have good presentation and presentation skills;
Having experience in communicating, working, and trading with English- speaking customers is an advantage;

Fluent in Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Hardworking, agile, proactive at work;
No experience required, priority given to new graduates/experienced students;
