Job Responsibilities:

Maintain strong, long- term relationships and support ongoing client growth
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide strategic advice
Support clients during onboarding and campaign setup as their key point of contact
Help clients develop strategies for successful marketing programs

Act as client- facing project manager.
Review, improve and provide feedback on the help documentation and process.
Continually educating on industry knowledge.
Escalate issues to managers as needed.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, digital marketing, business development, or related fields.
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Effective communicator with strong problem- solving and conflict resolution skills.

Salary: Base salary (10.000.000- 15.000.000 VND), depending on qualifications and experience, plus commission
