Business Development

● Collaborate with Campaign Operation team to execute campaigns and ensure the best quality of service;
● Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; execute and maintain short- and long- term business development plans;
● Participate training and coaching scheme
● Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets;
● Report to Business Development Manager
● Approach potential leads, conduct meetings, prepare proposals and follow up to close deals with big & medium customers;
● Collaborate with leader to secure, retain, and grow accounts;
● Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues
● Understanding client needs and provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales supports;
● Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
● Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction;
● Make sales reports and keep records of sales, revenue, database, invoice, liquidation,etc...;
● Meeting all Quotas/KPIs for calls, appointments, pitches, sales, collecting payment, etc...
● Other requirements from your leader
Working time: 9:00- 18:00 from Monday to Friday

● Having Social Media and Marketing knowledge is a good advantage
● Hard- working, Patient, Punctual, Proactive
● Have at least 1 year in the same level with proven sales records
● English (spoken & written) is required
● Skills: Telesales Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Collaboration Skills, Negotiation Skills, Project Management Skills
