POSITION OVERVIEW:
Citek is seeking a dynamic and results- driven Business Intelligence (BI) Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting- edge BI solutions to businesses, helping them unlock the power of data to drive decision- making and growth. You’ll work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our BI tools.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching prospective clients and generating leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to understand product offerings and ensure seamless implementation of the solutions sold.
Networking and Events: Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance product visibility and represent Citek as a trusted partner in the SAP ecosystem.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Regularly update management on sales progress, forecasts, and potential obstacles.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities within various sectors.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of our offerings.
Proposal Development: Present and demonstrate BI solutions to potential customers, tailoring pitches to their specific business needs.
REQUIREMENT
Technical Knowledge: S Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, data analytics, or related fields (or willingness to learn).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in software solutions, with a proven track record in selling software projects, preferably BI project.
English: IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 650 (4 skills) or equivalent qualifications.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Self- Motivated: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive approach to drive results.
