As a Business Development Consultant you will develop and implement sales activities to generate company revenue and profit as well as embrace client journey for value added partnerships.

To manage and promote new sales activities
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Approach potential clients through various channels with solutions and a consultative selling approach
- Manage lead generation activities based on segmentation focus
- Promote the Esoft brand via social media (LinkedIn)
To enhance partnership with clients
- Constantly refine the value proposition and value adds towards strategic partnership
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Be the voice of our clients and address their concerns internally
- Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
- Conduct upselling activities
- Conduct business development meetings and key account management meetings
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Create positive, long- lasting relationships with current and potential clients
To perform other supporting tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil our deliverables
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
- Translating proposals into ready- to- sign contracts
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Develope rapport with key decision makers
- Manage virtual and in- person sales meetings

Yêu cầu công việc

- Client oriented mindset and cross culture skills for adapting with multiple clients in over the world
- Be dedicated, hard- working and flexible when it comes to working hours
- More than 3 years of experience in international B2B sales working environment
- Have excellent communication skills including fluency in English
