Roles and responsibilities:
Your daily tasks consist in identifying key opportunities in the market in order to develop the sales pipeline :
Handle the presentation/negotiation meetings in order to close the deal.
Initiate first contact in the relevant language and follow- up regularly.
Develop the leads database: identify the relevant contact, develop the prospecting database by selecting key information from various sources.
Collaborate with internal cross- functional teams locally and internationally to drive account growth.
Set- up and carry out the qualification meetings: carry out first presentation/demonstrations by meeting/video conference/call and define the first level of project qualification (context, need, objectives, etc.).
Inputs data & updates CRM regularly.

Organized, you are at ease with office tools and CRM
You are autonomous, have a good knowledge of how businesses work, and you are recognized for your ability to detect and identify good opportunities.
You have extensive knowledge and proven sales track record in one of following sectors: IT/Tech, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare/Medical Devices.
You have at least 5 years of experience working in sales service in the Vietnam/APAC market, ideally as an end- to- end recruitment consultant, or as a sales executive in a B2B service sector.
Curious, Collaborative, Multilingual (Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; Japanese/Chinese is a plus), you are a good communicator orally and in writing.
You are used to social selling and you apply your interpersonal skills to build your network and create awareness of company services in the market
