Business Development Coordinator

Prepare Medical Check- up proposals for clients.
Provide dedicated support to the Head of Department to ensure all executive and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Manage the coordination with Clients, Medical Providers in Medical Check- up Services.
Support clients during check- up campaign at Hospitals/Clinics.
Contract/Process implementation with Clients and Medical Providers.
Proceed survey, prepare final report.
Other tasks are assigned by the Company.
Assist clients in booking Check- up appointments.
Collect Medical reports, scan and upload into system.
Coordinating with HR and Medical Providers to arrange check- up for our clients.
Follow up project timeline with internal Project and IT team.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi- task.
Be able to work under pressure
Good negotiation skill
Presentation skills and be able to give professional advice
Bachelor&039;s Degree.
Communication and negotiation skills
Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
