About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results- driven Business Development Executive to join our Advertising team in Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital media advertising services across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Google. You will lead the charge in identifying potential clients, offering customized advertising solutions, and converting leads into long- term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine outreach and acquisition strategies.
Report on business development progress, pipeline status, and market insights to the leadership team.
Identify and approach potential clients to promote our digital advertising services, including account setup and media buying solutions.
Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and support, ensuring satisfaction and long- term retention.
Provide professional consultation on advertising strategies, platform policies, and compliance requirements.
Drive new business growth by achieving targets related to client acquisition and conversion.
Manage the end- to- end sales cycle: lead generation, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, contract signing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams (campaign management, ad operations, and strategy) to ensure timely and high- quality execution.
Qualifications:
Native Vietnamese speaker with proficient Chinese communication skills (able to communicate effectively in a business context).
Self- driven, target- oriented, and eager to grow within the digital marketing landscape.
Solid understanding of major digital advertising platforms (TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a strong advantage.
Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City.
2–3 years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
