Franchise Strategy:
· Develop and implement the franchise expansion strategy for PPP Laser Clinic in potential markets, ensuring the strategy aligns with the premium brand image and long- term goals of PPP Laser Clinic.
· Analyze international market trends, particularly in the luxury services sector, to optimize the franchise development strategy.
Investment and Brand Development:
· Identify and develop investment opportunities for PPP Laser Clinic, including expanding into new markets through franchise partners.
· Ensure that franchise branches maintain high service quality standards and align with the local market requirements.
Franchise Partner Search and Selection:
· Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners with strong financial capabilities and experience in developing premium services.
· Ensure franchise partners align with the brand values and commit to protecting PPP Laser Clinic’s reputation.
· Manage the negotiation, bargaining, and contract signing process with franchise partners.
Franchise Partner Relationship Management:
· Provide continuous strategic support and consulting to franchise partners to ensure optimal results and maintain consistency in business operations.
· Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with franchise partners to ensure compliance and effective growth of franchise branches.
Franchise Marketing and Brand Promotion:
· Oversee marketing strategies at franchise branches to ensure all campaigns comply with PPP Laser Clinic’s premium brand standards.
· Collaborate with the marketing department to develop brand promotion strategies for international franchise branches, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and promotional programs.
Franchise Financial Management:
· Develop and manage budgets for franchise activities, monitor costs, and profits of franchise branches.
· Ensure franchise branches maintain high financial efficiency while optimizing costs and driving revenue growth.
Franchise Service Quality Monitoring:
· Ensure that all franchise branches, especially international branches, uphold PPP Laser Clinic’s high service standards.
· Organize regular training programs and quality checks to ensure service consistency across all branches.
Strategic Consulting and Support for Franchisees:
· Provide strategic consulting for franchise branches, helping them develop and optimize business operations.
· Ensure franchise branches have the necessary resources and support to maintain high service quality and a premium customer experience.
Report to the CEO on the status of potential franchise partners, sales targets, and the performance of existing offices.

Willingness to travel as required, including long- term business trips.
At least 10 years of experience in business development and franchising, particularly with luxury brands in luxury retail, premium services, and Health & Wellness
Experience in financial management, including budget planning, cost analysis, profit analysis, and ensuring financial efficiency for the franchise system.
Experience in investing and developing international brands, especially in luxury services and international markets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with partners, particularly international partners, to ensure long- term and effective collaboration.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build teams, train, and develop franchise partners.
Knowledge of the premium aesthetics industry and emerging trends in beauty care services.
Ability to develop long- term strategies for the franchise system and sustainable international market development.
Proficient in English: listening, speaking, reading, writing.
