Business Development Executive/Intern

Internship Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern/Executive to support our efforts in identifying and establishing new hotel partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding our network and driving growth within the hospitality sector.
What You Will Learn & Do

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns.
Assist in developing proposals and presentations for potential partners.
Conduct market research to identify potential hotel partners and assess their needs.
Maintain a database of leads and track engagement metrics.
Reach out to prospective hotel partners to introduce our services and solutions.
Support the negotiation and onboarding process for new partners.
Attend industry events and networking functions to connect with hotel representatives.

Who We Are Looking For

Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead generation techniques is a plus.
Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
Students or recent graduates in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong interest in business development and the hospitality industry.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
