Business Development Fresher

Identify and engage potential clients, manage negotiations, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with the project team for seamless delivery and provide post- sale support. Report progress to the manager.
Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure client satisfaction and deliver excellent contact management, building and maintaining sustainable business relationships.
Identify and approach potential clients in need of Employer Branding, Recruitment Programs, and related recruitment solutions.
Communicate with clients remotely (via video, phone, email) to promote and sell VCO GROUP‘s solutions.
Provide post- sale support and consultation to clients.
Report daily work progress and updates to the direct manager.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, finalize orders, and assist with contract signing.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships; effectively present company solutions.

At least 6 months of experience in telesales or B2B sales (open to freshers).
Proactive mindset, eager to learn.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong logical thinking and effective objection- handling skills.
