KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development Support & New Client Acquisition
Market Research & Analysis:
Prepare simple reports on customer data or market trends under the guidance of a manager.
Support the building and updating of a database of potential clients, including brands, agencies, KOLs, artists, and business partners.
Assist in gathering information and data on the market, trends in media, entertainment, events, and e- commerce to identify potential opportunities.
Client Prospecting & Outreach:
Support the updating of customer interaction records into the CRM system (if any).
Assist in finding contact information of potential clients through channels such as LinkedIn, websites, and industry events.
Help prepare introductory materials and outreach emails for initial client engagement.
Proposal Planning & Preparation Support
Proposal Development Support:
Collaborate with relevant departments (Creative, Production, etc.) to collect necessary information and visuals for sales proposals.
Ensure all materials are professionally and neatly prepared.
Assist in compiling, formatting, and designing simple proposal/pitch decks under the guidance of the Senior BDM/BD Executive.
Process Management Support:
Help track the progress of small projects or stages in the sales process.
Assist in preparing documents related to contracts and agreements.
Reporting & Process Optimization
Process Optimization: Proactively suggest small ideas to improve personal work efficiency or team workflows.
Reporting: Support the compilation and preparation of simple reports on completed activities (e.g., number of clients researched, materials prepared, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Interest and willingness to learn about the media, entertainment, event industries, and digital marketing trends.
Proficient in office tools (MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
English: Strong reading comprehension is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills; confident and articulate.
Responsible, detail- oriented, and meticulous in task execution.
Familiarity with brand marketing strategies, especially the role of KOLs/KOCs, livestreaming, and emerging digital marketing trends.
No prior professional experience required. Preference for candidates who have participated in extracurricular activities, student projects, or part- time work related to event organization or communications.
Results- driven, with a desire to contribute and see the impact of their work.
Strong information research and summarization abilities.
Education: 3rd or 4th- year university students, or recent graduates majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
Proactive, eager to learn, and growth- oriented.
