Job Summary:
The Business Development Intern (BD Intern) role is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic and professional world of technology business. You will provide direct support to our BD team in market research, identifying potential clients in the IT sector, and preparing materials for software outsourcing/outstaffing projects. This role is the ideal stepping stone to build a career in high- tech service business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Industry Research Support:
Research and analyze technology market trends (AI, Big Data, DevOps, etc.) and key vertical industries (Fintech, Logistics, Healthtech).
Assist in identifying and listing potential companies with demands for software development outsourcing or technology partnerships. Compile information on competitors.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Support:
Assist in prospecting and qualifying potential customer leads (leads) from platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and other channels.
Assist in preparing company overviews, project profiles (case studies), and portfolio materials.
Support data entry and management of lead/customer information in the CRM system.
Sales Material Preparation Support:
Support translation and editing of English documents (if proficient).
Assist in drafting proposals and presentation slides for client meetings.
Learn about and help summarize information on different engagement models (ODC, Projec based, Managed Service).
Internal Coordination Support:
Coordinate with the Marketing team to support brand promotion and lead generation
campaigns.

Requirements:
Education: Final- year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, International Business, or related fields.
Skills & Knowledge:
Working Mode: Offline
Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, detail- oriented, and highly responsible. Interested in the IT services business domain.
Flexibility: Able to work flexibly and willing to support occasional meetings within suitable timeframes for international client calls (if needed).
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Canva, advanced search tools, and basic knowledge of social platforms for business purposes (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
Mindset: Analytical thinking and good organizational skills.
Communication: Good communication and email writing skills (Vietnamese). Strong English reading comprehension is required; listening, speaking, and writing skills are a significant advantage.
