Job Description
Sales & Customer Service Execution
Build trust, develop long- term relationships, and provide support to students.
Interact with potential customers through PMAX’s onsite.
Collaborate with the Trainers and Course Designers to ensure the best service quality for students, helping them achieve their learning goals.
Make phone calls to potential customers using provided leads and gather feedback on their needs regarding products and programs.
Schedule appointments with potential customers at the center or through online meetings.
Sales Planning
Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including monthly and weekly sales plan
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
Good problem- solving skills & time management skills.
Great teamwork and communication skills.
Basic English proficiency.
Enthusiasm in achieving sales targets and the desire to earn corresponding sales bonuses and commissions.
Having a basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Presentable appearance and good voice.
Strong communication skills, ability to engage in conversations and build good relationships.
Good to have
Experience in Education is a big plus
Experiences in Sales.
