RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up with paperwork & payment
● Be responsible for the on- time paperwork (campaign report, liquidation,
invoice) according to templates provided by the manager.
● Tracking due payments and taking needed actions to clients when the
payment is overdue.
● Other requirements from the Business Development Manager (sourcing
potential leads, designing files, basic tasks in account management, etc)

REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
● Paperwork handling: know how to use Microsoft Office, and organize files,
folders, and information.
● Basic design skills: know how to design files, and presentations at a basic
level.
● Task management: know how to organize assigned tasks and get tasks
done by importance & deadlines.
● Communication: know how to use communication tools like emails, google
chat, viber, zalo
Mindset:
● Details oriented in everything you involved.
● Get things done mindset, a high level of ownership in your assignments.
● Eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and persistent to reach targets,
even in difficult situations.
● Enjoy marketing, preferably social and influencer.

● Location: 240 Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC
● Working time: 2 options of 9:00- 12:00 or 13:00- 16:00, from Monday to Friday
