Mô tả công việc

** Report to: Senior Management of Canopus /Keva

** Location : Vinhomes, Binh Thanh District, HCM City

+ Identify business opportunities and establish contacts with Key decision Makers in targeted customers for KEVA to get entry.

+ Prepare business plan based on KEVA's strategy to achieve short terms and long-term goals

+ Manage & achieve the sales targets month on month

+Prepare 03 months rolling forecast every month

+ Ensure that payments are collected in a timely manner and in full without any write-off/bad debts

+ Cultivate relationship across the customer base to position KEVA as preferred supplier.

+ Responsible for gathering industry & competition information;

+ Sharing new launch of products information/samples Quarterly;

+ Proactively create opportunities with targeted customers;

+ Coordinate with various functional colleagues of KEVA in Singapore/Mumbai for smooth execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

Selling/Negotiation/Execution/Influencing Skills; Should be fluent in English & Vietnamese

$ PREREQUISITES:

+ At least a Bachelor degree in Science;

+ Around 8-10 years of relevant selling experience in MNC Fragrance companies or Specialty Chemicals Industry;

+ Competence in olfactive skills and fluency in fragrance language would be an added advantage;

+ Should have good track record of developing fragrance business with Major FMCG brands in Vietnam;

+ Should have excellent relationship/contacts with major customers in FMCG companies in Vietnam;

+ Should be a self-starter

+ Salary : to be discussed and negotiable.

Upon selection all selected candidates has to go for probations and after will sign labor contract as per MOLISA, Sales targets will be fixed and extra benefits will be given for candidates who will achieve targets.
