Business Development & Marketing Intern

Ecommerce
• Listing products on digital plaforms (e- commerce, delivery...) and preparing product descriptions/product images on e- commerce platforms (including but not limited to product images, information, descriptions).
• Manage official store layout, inventory, customer enquiries of Starbucks&039;s products on e- commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with other functions internally to monitor, process and verify orders for e- commerce business.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding product information and pricing.
• Implement promotional programs (setting discount, vouchers...) on e- commerce platforms.
Marketing
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide insights for marketing strategies.
• Support the marketing team with day- to- day administrative tasks, such as organizing files, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, reporting

· Office computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
· Basic English communication.
· Education level: undergrate. Priority is given to candidates majoring in marketing, e- commerce, and knowing Photoshop or photo editor programs.
· Diligent, careful, attention to details, hard working and being good team player.
