Business Development OfficerNgân hàng Shinhan Việt Nam

This role is responsible for the growth of SmartCredit (Shinhan Bank), to work with sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
• Marketing:
- Cooperate with other biz departments or Work directly with Vendors to acquire more leads;
- Execute & Manage MKT activities (Promotional campaign, Booth event, Content/ Email marketing, Social seeding, …);
• Business:
- Market research, give recommendations with line manager in order to:
+ Ensure smooth process for pricing scheme, products/programs;
+ Keep related departments be updated & aware of issues arising in biz operation;
- Support activities to motivate sales (sales contest, workshop, training, …);
- Conduct biz analysis report (market, competitors, financial, sales & recommendation)
- Prepare sales materials & Communicate to related teams in SCMC;
• Others:
- Reconcile, Payment & Report.
- Manage gift warehouse;
- Design Sales materials (Poster, Leaflet, Standee, Banner…) and Cooperate with SD Team to ensure the consistency in branding;
• And other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduation is a must;
- Experience in Finance & Banking industry, Business Development, Marketing or Product Development is a plus;
- Skills:
Presentation (slide composing, presenting);
Partnership relation;
Good English;
Digital Marketing is a plus.
Writing (document presentation, advertising content);
Design & Analysis;
