Business Development Project Manager

Roles & Responsibility:
Aligning strategic goals with overall business objectives. Staying up to date on industry trends and developments to inform strategic decision- making.
Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team staff
New product market publishing & development (Clever Dent software, dental magazine)
Reviewing an organization&039;s strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness, and opportunities
Job Description:
Draft and review sale contracts and other contracts from other departments
Prepare, co- ordinate with HQ and agency to do product import license procedures
Plan, execute and supervise the Clever Dent software market development
Plan, execute and manage publishing project
Market research and planning of new products
Assist GD in build and update sale policies for direct sale and in- direct sale via dealers
Co- ordinate with Sale partners and internal departments in handling customer issues after sale

Qualifications: Bachelor&039;s degree, related majors
Experience: 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the field of software/ technology/ medical device
Knowledge: Understanding in the field of dental; Knowledge of economic law/ Legal profession/ Marketing/ Project Management
Skills:

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Analytical & integrating skills
Must be good at English or Korean (4 skills)
Very good at communication, negotiation skill
Excellent project management skills

Passionate & can work under pressure
Responsibility & ‘Can do” attitude
Proactive, positive and progressive

Review Salary: once time per year (for all staff who work from 6 months including probation time)
Salary: Attractive (from 30M- 40M Gross)
Working time: 5 days/ week, from Monday- Friday
